Insurance for International Students in the United States

AVI Insurance
All students from all countries except those listed below are covered by AVI insurance. AVI Assistance can be
reached toll free, 24 hours/day by dialing 1-866-813-8141. The AVI website can direct you to a local health care
provider that will bill them directly. If you choose another provider, the student may be required to pay the medical
bills and subsequently file a claim for reimbursement.

If a student misplaces the AVI insurance card, a replacement card can be printed through the link: AVI Replacement Card. The
replacement card can be printed on regular paper, or heavier stock if the printer allows.
